Interpret neuropsychological and other evaluations, translating clinical findings into practical strategies.
Attend feedback sessions and follow up conversations with neuropsychologists and evaluators to assure 1) validity of results, findings, and recommentations and 2) necessary next steps.
Provide referrals for specialists and evaluators based on child’s specific needs

NAVIGATE EVALUATIONS

PRIVATE & PUBLIC SCHOOL GUIDANCE

Support creation and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Individualized Education Service Plans (IESPs).
Navigate Department of Education (DOE) evaluations, impartial hearing processes, and the provision of academic and related services for public AND private school students to receive paid services and/or reimbursement.
Review appropriateness of school placement and support the admissions and transfer processes (as needed)

Attend IEP/IESP meetings and feedback sessions with evaluators.
Serve as liaison among service providers, tutors, evaluators, and school administrators and teachers assuring coordinated approaches.
Provide emotional support and practical tools to help parents become effective champions for their children's educational success.
Equip parents with tools, knowledge, and strategies to advocate for their child's unique learning needs
